Depends on what you mean by integration ... There is no need to use Qt to embed into KDE Control Center, in fact someone has done a control center module that can embed any legacy tool, and it worked fine with MCC (and some menu magic could make it work better). Of course it does look a bit weird. Consistent GTK and Qt themes would fix this though.
