95% of that review is simply opinion. Yes, she likes SuSE better, although that doesn't mean that it's a better distro (Yast reminds me of how Windows works - half the time for no obvious reason). She complains about the partitioning tool being unintuitive even though she installed in 'expert' mode. If you are pretending to be an idiot, why choose the expert mode? Same thing applies to the server things she complains about. She just goes on whining about the Mandrake Control Center for the rest of the review. OK, so she ran into some rare bug that almost nobody else encountered. What does that prove? Also, it looks to me like she is testing it on a 5-year-old machine. I have an outdated 800Mhz P3, and the login process on the console takes about half a second, while she claims that it takes 3-4 seconds. Finally, she loves to believe that her personal artistic "taste" is superior to that of everyone else. If she doesn't like the default KDE theme, she is free to install another one. Same thing applies to MCC and GTK. I don't see how she can whine about the choice of the KDE theme when that's really what most users prefer - something unobtrusive and fast. Overall, this review seems heavily opinionated, biased, and inaccurate. -- -- Igor
