[Cooker] new Evolution RC (1.2) and FreeSwan (1.99)

I see the RC for KDE 3.1 in Cooker . . .

So I was wondering about the RC for Evolution (1.2) and the latest
FreeSwan (1.99 or 2.00 RC)
