Well like I said people with simpler needs may still find them useful.

But at any rate maradns does not support secondaries IMHO.  Sure you can
hack it in with a cronjob.  But it will think it is authoratative which
it would not be.  And the DNS server will know absolutely nothing about
NOTIFIES that are sent to it.  For anyone that secondaries domains for
other people NOTIFIES are the only way to get timely updates of the
secondaries without having someone calling/emailing you and having you
update it by hand.
