Since we still don't have a References header to do it for us... Those of you using mutt may want to use something like this in your .muttrc:
set reply_regexp='^(((re|r e|RE|Re|aw|antw.|antwort):[ \t]*)|(\[Cooker\] \[Bug [[:digit:]]+\] ))*' # how to find reply's As long as you aren't doing strict threading it will group the Bugzilla emails together.
