Well, in cases like this then (where there are two good options which
would be desired by newbie etc), there needs to be a simple GUI, which has:

[ ] Allow all machines on the local network to print to all printers
available via this machine.

Should IMHO be enabled by default, but should allow someone to disable
this easily.

BTW, one of the advantages of Mandrake over windows is the fact that
(even with downloadable print drivers on windows) printer setup for
network printers is easier ... actually, not necessary ...
