Two problems:
PROBLEM 1:
I'm running MDK9.0 on Intel PIII.
Package ghostscript-7.05-28.1mdk.i586.rpm was recently proposed as a MDK9.0
security advisory
This ghostscript package installs a '/usr/bin/gs' built without a 'cups'
driver. Because of this, the /usr/lib/cups/filter/pstoraster script breaks, and
CUPS ceases to work.
Workaround: remove the offending ghostscript-7.05-28.1mdk.i586.rpm, and go back
to the original MDK 9.0 package: ghostscript-7.05-25mdk.i586.rpm
PROBLEM 2:
Bugzilla would not let me enter the correct version for ghostcript. The version
where the problem was observed is 7.05-28.1mdk, but this choice is not available
in Bugzilla.
