i never was able to reproduce it.
i told someone to remove /etc/sysconfig/harddrake2/ui for testing

i haven't this file in my /etc/sysconf/harddrake2
i have only a
file:/etc/sysconfig/harddrake2/previous_hw
nothing more...
i tryed to return to the old hardrake (9.0) and it works ...when i upgrade is still stop..
