After a quick perusal of the archives, I saw this issue mentioned, with
a patch that doesn't quite seem to work, back in August.  Checking the
gnome-toaster mailing list it seems that the best solution (at least the
solution recommended by the upstream developers) is to build oggtst and
use that to determine the tracklengths.

Would it be possible to include oggtst in the gnome-toaster rpm?  oggtst
is available from http://gnometoaster.rulez.org/archive/oggtst.tgz
