During post install when you get to the place were there are boxes showing your
keyboard, graphical interface and other items. The 2 boxes for keyboard and
graphical interface were empty. I selected us keyboard no problem. When I went
to graphical interface it was a nightmare. It wouldn't let me pick viewsonic 7
it kept dumping me into generic. I picked 800x600@60 hz after many tries and
vodoo 3 generic ( I have a vodoo 3 2000 ). The boxes and text were overlaping
and very hard tp read but I stumbled through. Mandrake defaults to 800x600 16
bit color for my card so I chose that. When the system comes up it's fine but
getting there is a real hassle.
