You forgot to update the release number :-)
Some additional comments:
-i prefer using install -d over mkdir for creating directories, to stay
consistent with file installation (line 72)
-i usually ships icons compressed in three differents files, rather than in an
archive, as i was not sure how the upload script dealt with path when putting
additional files in CVS. Morever, it allows some direct manipulation (bzcat
$SOURCE1 > $RPM_BUILD_ROOT%somewhere) without a setup step, even if i
personally prefer to extract them first, then install them with correct
perms.
Adding additional lib and libdevel supbpackages would help understanding lib
policy, at the cost of making skeleton more complex. I think adding those
sections with enough "only needed if libs are present" comments would be a
good idea.
