Sininen is blue, correct. The files that are reported missing exist in
OpenOffice.org-l10n-en but not in -l10n-fi. The files don't seem to have
multilingual structure, so it is a bit unclear to me how there could be multiple
languages of these files resident on a system. Perhaps these files should be in
the core package instead of -l10n-en?
