Well, it depends what the goal of rebuilding is. I was thinking about the problems it caused for non-x86 build. For this, I think a "rpm" where "unpackaged files" is a *warning* would be the solution. IMO "unpackaged files" is not a problem big enough to need a quick fix. (most of my packages would need fixing and I really don't have the time for this) Once again, for me "unpackaged files" is really nice, but it should not cost more than it saves.
