Yes, you run "very close" to cooker... but you're not running cooker. If you were, you would be using --auto-select, not asking for an individual package alone. Needless to say, the deps do need to be fixed to specify a specific version... Eterm now needs libast 0.5+, and I will add that. So, in the future, this will work.
