[Cooker] Jackd permissions

I figured out what the Audio LUG is asking for.
They want to run jackd as user with FIFO permissions.
Currently if you run:
$ jackd
the daemon starts fine, but
$ jackd -R
tries to access FIFO and fails.

We allow cdburning software to access FIFO don't we?  Can't we do the
same for jackd users?
