I don't know if you are talking about the a.morton stuff but i have made a patch *completly unsupported by me or by others mdksoft people* for the latest cooker kernel, you can grab it from : http://www.chmouel.com/misc/kernel/low_latency.patch obvisouly you got to backout the mini_low_latency patch before applying this one on cooker kernel.
