One of my network cards identify itself as a RTL8029(AS) and it seems
to work.

     Master Capable.  Latency=32.
      I/O at 0xbc00 [0xbc7f].
      Non-prefetchable 32 bit memory at 0xd6800000 [0xd680007f].
