The 9.0 kernel doesn't use ACPI by default. The Cooker kernels do. I have one of these cards too, and it works fine for me. (ne2k-pci driver). ne2k-pci : Realtek|RTL-8029(AS) [NETWORK_ETHERNET] (vendor:10ec device:8029) Is sending this message to you right now...=) -- adamw
