This is again a stupid typo from me, looks strange it was working for quite a
long time but I managed to reproduce it. Fixed in 20mdk of urpmi.

For some reason the procps package cannot be installed using parallel
installation of urpmi.

I have included the following output which demonstrates the errored installation
for the parallel installation (to a single other work station), and a successful
installation using urpmi locally.  It should also be noted that exactly the same
issue was experienced the last time this particular package was updated, but
that this is the only package that seems to experience this behaviour.
