------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-02-22 06:38 ------- I reinstalled (after installing Java from www.sun.com screwed up the RPM database -- running "rpm -q -a" would hang, as would "rpm --rebuilddb") and did not configure the lan using the wizard, I just left it as it was, and I was able to connect through Mozilla. So: "Keyboard" was configured to "US" so that is OK. "Graphical Interface" was not configured, nor was it "Wizarded". "Network" was configured to "lan" and worked upon reboot. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. ------- Reminder: ------- assigned_to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] status: UNCONFIRMED creation_date: description: The "Keyboard" is blank (this used to be asked immediately after the language, but I think that dialog is gone). The "Graphical Interface" and "Network" are both "not configured". I believe previous versions would "Wizard" through the configuration of these, rather than leaving it up to the user to click on. If a user clicks Next here, the video and network would not work. This is Mandrake 9.1 beta 2.
