During the first boot after installation of Mdk 9.1 rc1

and boot stops there. Only Alt-Syst-B to restart (ie a full reset)

I have an idea about this.
a) /etc/modules is exactly the same with Mdk 9.0 and 9.1 => Not the problem.
b) I have an "UA-1A USB Analog Audio Capture".
More info at: http://www.edirol.com/products/info/ua1a.html
c) Without it, the boot works fine.
IMHO, an unknown device should be ignored (with an advertisement) and not freeze
the boot.

This device works with mdk9.0 without any special driver.
With Mdk9.0 + usbview:

Edirol UA-1A is a very nice, HiFi, low noise and low cost (100) accessory to
capture old records and tapes.
