Basicly the patch in XFree86 is a CVS copy of the ati.2 module. When compiled, it 
replaces dri and ati drivers. It also adds the /usr/X11R6/modules/multimedia directory 
giving Xv support. Working with this, when XFree86 is final, I CAN build an RPM 
package to do the same thing but it would be better if the patch was updated.
