In my area I've just heard lots of complaints about the lack of choice in 
screensavers. (Heck, I would love to have slideshows of my new puppy :) You 
are entirely right in your mail - people do expect them to be there and want 
to change it. (Plonk a new person in front of a PC and it is the first thing 
he/she does.)
