Basically we have 6 machines here with two video cards, the one a SiS, the second on and Intel. It is difficult, if not impossible to configure both cards via the tool and get a working Xinerama installation. At this point you have to configure the first, save the config. Configure the second. Save the config. Combine the two and hopefully you have a working version. On Xinerama selection it (thye tool) should allow you to configure screen 1 and straight after it screen 2. As it stands currently it only configures the first screen and card which breaks our setup. (A large part of my woes this morning was due to this.)
