[Cooker] Fails To Install-DHCP

When installing RC2 I followed cybercfo's suggestion and did not 
reconfig networking and let the installer configure my lan connection (2 
computers connecting thru a Linksys router w/ DSL) . No Gnome problem, 
but also no internet connection either. Although drakconnect correctly 
configured my connection as DHCP DHCPCD was *not* installed and I had to 
install it to get my internet connection. Was working fine in 9.0 on 
install. This needs to be fixed and soon!
