Does your /etc/resolv.conf contain the name of your DNS server when using DHCP (y/n)? Does your /etc/resolv.conf contain the name of your domain when using DHCP (y/n)? (If the answers were y,n,n, then chances are this has just been fixed). (John Allen, please try and help squash bugs in dhcp-client rather than just telling everyone to use dhclient ...
