looks good to me with the exception that we shouldn't remove kernel-rc, that's 
actually a very useful one.

kernel-rt might also be worth reviving at some point, but what's there right 
now is useless, so that would be a "remove and create from scratch" if/when we 
need it anyway.

4.17 and 4.18 can definitely go, we kept those around because c64 wouldn't boot 
with later versions, but that has been fixed for a long time.
