I know that when you make it you boil the bones of the chicken or turkey and 
the flavering comes off the bomes into the water. sometimes you still have 
little bits of meat on the bones and that falls off into the water so ... My 
grandma use to make it all the time with turkey bones after Christmas and 
thanksgiving.

Hi, unfortunately we don't have chicken broth in Israel. We do have 
something called chicken soup powder. I think in the states it's called 
chicken stock but not sure. Anyway, I would appreciate any ideas for 
substituting chicken broth, or making it myself if possible.
