I would think that you could take a spoonful of the molasses, place it in a cup and place that cup in an inch or two of warm water. Then see how the molasses turns out.
I have never had my molasses crystallize, so am not sure if it will rejuvenate or not. By trying a bit instead of your whole jar, you only put a bit at risk. Please do tell us what you find.
