I have one. I bought it at best buy about three years ago. I love it. It doesn't talk all the functions, but it does the minutes,and you can set the defrost time, cook time and other things by using the dial. It's not hard to learn. It also has settings for popcorn, dinner plate, vegetables, etc. I've used those settings and they work well. But I usually don't use them. It also has power levels.
