I use the five buttons that go down along the right side on the front. They are Express Cook buttons, and they will announce for example, "One Minute Express Cook" or "Five Minutes Express Cook". Even if I want to go 20 minutes, rather than figure it out with the clicks on the dial, I just press the Five minutes Express Cook button four times. I do sometimes use the presets on the dial that clicks. I especially use the ones for Popcorn and Potato. Lora
