Nice, thank you for sharing. I did use the cornstarch and water method yesterday because I'm stubborn and want to master it. My skills improved, just need to double or triple my thickener because I'm still used to cooking for 2, and now I tend to cook for an army of 4 instead, all healthy eaters.
