Chicken Thighs baked In Maple Mustard Sauce
 
3 tbsps. dijon mustard 
1/3 cup syrup, maple-flavoured 
1/4 cup onion, green and chopped
1 or 2 garlic cloves, pressed 
2 tbsps. oil 
8 chicken thighs, skinless 
 
Combine oil, onion, garlic, syrup, and mustard, any coarse grain mustard
may be used. Place chicken in a casserole. Pour sauce over top and bake
at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes. Baste occasionally with sauce.
Serves 4.
