Butterscotch Spice Cake

1 package (18.25 oz. size) yellow cake mix
1 package (3.4 oz. size) instant butterscotch pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice

Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease and flour 10 or 12 cup Bundt pan. If using a 
10 cup pan, fill 3/4 full and make 3 to 4 cupcakes with remaining batter.

In large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients. Mix on medium speed 2 minutes. Spoon 
batter into prepared pan. Bake at 325 degrees F for 55 to 65 minutes or until 
toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely on rack. If desired, drizzle 
with vanilla glaze.
