I have years ago used an electric meat slicer, got it used, so not even sure
of the brand; I personally think I would be a bit afraid of the electric
knives, but also would like to see further input here.

can a totally blind person use an electric knife and are there any knife
guides for them. i only ask because i see sighted people use them and
they cut nice slices. i just thought it would be nice to get one but at
the same time they can be dangerous if your not careful.
