I made the three ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies yesterday. I
decided, after reading some of the reviews on the recipe to add some
vanilla extract. I grabbed what I thought was the Vanilla Extract. My
daughter, who is sighted, happen to be in the kitchen watching me. I
didn't smell first. She informed me after pouring 2 teaspoons that
this was orange vodca not sure about the spelling. Triple something or
other. Anyway, added some Vanilla Extract also about the same since I
absolutely love the taste of Vanilla. Adjusted the Peanut Butter for
consistancy and fun new experiment.
My husband loved how much more of a nutty taste this recipe has. It is
now his favorite version.
My daughter like the batter she said it taste better than the finished product.
I like them for the taste and how huge they got.
