Claudia, I've bought silicone bake ware from QVC and love it. Yes, it is definitely as non-stick as they say. The bundt and loaf pans are fantastic as those kinds of things tend to stick sometimes. They do have what resemble cookie sheets which are very nice for cookies, particularly the ones that have a metal rim on all sides. I do have a pan size that is about 13x9 and have not made a cake in it but have used it for other things. I personally don't use muffin pans so would not bother with that in a set myself, but they often have come with that. I really like using these products and would highly recommend them.

Subject: [CnD] Silicone?

Hi,

I know that some of you use silicone bakeware.
How does it work, considering that it's more pliable than traditional bakeware?

And, what type of set should I consider, if I want one that's all inclusive?
Is it really as nonstick as I hear it is?
Thanks.
