Maybe someone can help. I bought the Keurig B30 coffee maker personal brewer from Amazon and tried to use it today. I put the water in the slot, the k-cup in and plugged it in. I then found two buttons, one for power and one for brew. I have pressed them both times and nothing happens. I also put the cup on the tray and the two buttons are on the front on the right hand side. Does anyone know what button is for what and what I must do to make this thing work? Perhaps if you do not know, you have a friend who might.
