Hi Vicky: I have that maker but I don't know if it is the same model. Make sure that the compartment where you put the water in is secured in the slot.

I have pressed them both times and nothing happens. I also put the cup on the tray and the two buttons are on the front on the right hand side. Does anyone know what button is for what and what I must do to make this thing work? Perhaps if you do not know, you have a friend who might.
