I really don't have "recipes, but use mine a lot for mixing up cookie dough, grinding up nuts either very fine or chunky, grating cheeses and other things previously mentioned. As I am thinking I might have a bread dough recipe that uses what I refer to as plastic blades (I don't have a dough hook) if I can find will pass along. I have found that many manuals can be found on line so might want to google machine name, model number and then something like product guide, user manual etc. good luck! sounds like santa was very generous!
