Rhonda, I did a Google search for you, and found that you can download the manual and recipes from Cuisinart. I didn't know which model you have, so I did a search of the entire site, and it came back with 1,244 results, spanning 125 pages. Perhaps you'll want to be more specific than I was when you go online. <Smile>. Here is the web address:
http://www.cuisinart.com/manuals.html The interesting thing is that the results come back with a web address above each model, but you cannot hit Enter on the url. You have to hit Enter on the link below, which will be the product name and model number. I hope this helps.
