This is how I make my lasagna.
I prefer to cook my noodles.
Except I use lean ground beef, and mix the meat with the sauce, and layer
noodles, sauce, ricotta then mozzarella.

Easy Lasagna
INGREDIENTS:
list of 5 items
1 pound Italian sausage
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1-1/2 cups ricotta cheese
28-oz. jar chunky pasta sauce with vegetables
9 no-boil lasagna noodles
PREPARATION:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cook Italian sausage in a heavy skillet over medium heat, stirring to
break up meat, until no longer pink, about 8 minutes.
3. Drain well.
4. Mix cooked sausage, 1-1/2 cups mozzarella cheese and ricotta cheese in
medium bowl.
5. Place about 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce in 9" square baking dish.
6. Top with three lasagna noodles, then with 1/3 of sausage filling.
7. Repeat layers, ending with spaghetti sauce.
8. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until hot and
bubbly.
9. Sprinkle with remaining 1-1/2 cups mozzarella cheese and return to
oven.
10. Bake 5-10 minutes longer until cheese is melted and browned.
11. Makes 6 servings.
Note:
1. You can add 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained, to the sausage
mixture if desired.
