VELVEETA VEGETABLE CASSEROLE

 

1 small bag frozen mixed vegetables

3/4 cups melted butter

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 package crushed butter crackers

1 cup cubed Velveeta cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

 

Method

 

1. Boil the vegetables until tender. 

2. Drain. 

3. Put in casserole dish, add melted butter, stir.

4. Add cubed Velveeta, and the cheddar cheese. 

5. Top with crushed crackers and additional melted butter.

6. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
