Cheesy Chicken and Noodle Casserole
Serves: 4 Preparation Time: 15 min Cooking Time: 40 min Ingredients . 1/2 pound noodles . 1 cup grated Swiss cheese . 1/8 teaspoon pepper . 3 cups cooked chicken . 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese . 6 tablespoons butter . 6 tablespoons flour . 2 cups chicken broth (bouillon) . 1 cup heavy cream Instructions Preparations: 1. Cook noodles and drain. Season with pepper, Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup Swiss cheese. 2. Place in greased 3 quart casserole and top with chicken. To make casserole: 1. Melt butter, add flour and cook 2 minutes. 2. Add broth and cream and cook until thick and smooth. 3. Pour this sauce over the noodles and chicken and sprinkle with remaining Swiss cheese.
