A friend of mine prepared this recipe for a party recently and I have asked for the recipe. Someone else wants to make it today and I'm not sure I can get the original recipe from my friend so the roast can be made. She said it cooked in the slow cooker for about 18 hours. There was a recipe on this list a good while ago for a similar pork recipe, but does anyone have the one for beef? (I wouldn't mind the pork either for that matter as it was really good!)
