Onion Crusted Pork Chops

1 package dry onion soup mix

1/3 cup bread crumbs

4 pork chops
2 to 4 tablespoons Dijon style mustard
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In bowl, combine soup mix and bread crumbs. Brush both sides of chops with mustard. Dip into soup mixture until evenly coated. Place chops into 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake, turning once, for 30 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
