CREAMY DREAMY CHOCOLATE CHIP BARS 1 tube of refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough 1 package (8-oz) of cream cheese (softened) 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut cookie dough tube into 2 equal pieces. Gently press one half into a greased 8x8-inch pan to form a crust. Into a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and egg until well combined. Spread cheese mixture over crust. Crumble remaining cookie dough into small pieces and scatter them over the top of cream cheese mixture. Bake 35-40 minutes. Allow to cook on rack and cut into squares. Makes 9 bars.
