Cheddar Cheese Apple Crisp 1 (19-ounce) can apple pie filling 1 cup flour 1/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups shredded medium Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup melted butter 1/4 cup milk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spoon apple filling into a shallow baking dish (1-quart size works well). Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cheese in bowl. Add melted butter and milk. Stir to blend. Spoon dough over filling. Bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 6 servings.
