Shredded Wheat Chicken Parmesan Ingredients
1 tbsp. Flour 1 Egg white 1 Biscuit of Original Shredded Wheat Cereal, finely crushed 2 Chicken breasts 1 cup Cherry tomatoes 2 tbsp Balsamic vinaigrette dressing 2 tbsp. Shredded mozzarella cheese Preparation 1. Preheat oven to 400*F (204*C). Place flour, egg white and cereal crumbs into three separate shallow dishes. Beat egg white until frothy. Turning over evenly to coat both sides, dip chicken into flour, then in the egg white and then into the crushed wheat. Place in shallow baking pan. 2. Bake 20 min. or until chicken is cooked through. Meanwhile, combine tomatoes and dressing in skillet. Bring to a boil on medium heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 min. or until thickened. 3. Sprinkle chicken with cheese. Bake an additional 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted. serve topped with tomato mixture. Later.
