Spring Salad
This makes a big batch and is good for a potluck.
1 bag of macaroni, cooked (use shells, elbow macaroni, whatever you like)
1 quart jar of Kraft mayonnaise (must use real mayo)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 green pepper, thinly sliced
3 radishes, thinly sliced
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar and mix well.
Stir in cooked macaroni and the vegetables, and mix well to coat.
